Since 2017, LightsOnGirls has impacted over 100 girls, helping them step into leadership roles within their schools and communities.

Founded by

Candi James in 2017

 LightsOnGirls started with vision board parties for teens and grew into an organization empowering girls to become future leaders.

Leadership Programs

Our programs are tailored to meet the needs of girls at every stage of their leadership journey, from introductory leadership workshops to advanced mentorship programs.


LightsOnGirls’ Leadership Program offers workshops in public speaking, teamwork, goal setting, and social entrepreneurship, ensuring that girls are equipped to lead in any situation.
