LightsOnGirls started with vision board parties for teens and grew into an organization empowering girls to become future leaders.

LightsOnGirls’ Leadership Program offers workshops in public speaking, teamwork, goal setting, and social entrepreneurship, ensuring that girls are equipped to lead in any situation.
Lead 101
A foundational course designed to introduce girls to leadership principles and the importance of personal growth.
Community Leaders
An immersive experience where girls plan and execute community projects, learning the importance of civic responsibility.
Mentorship Program
Girls are paired with female leaders in various fields who provide guidance and support as they navigate their leadership journey.
