Ana Sasmiresan

Ana Sasmiresan, originally from Romania, fulfilled her lifelong dream of living in America when she immigrated to California in 2001. With a background in Foreign Language Arts and Political Science, she embarked on a successful career in leadership and human resources, now serving as the North & South Florida Vice President at Randstad’s Operational Talent Solutions division.

Fluent in English, Romanian, Spanish, and Italian, Ana is passionate about empowering individuals and fostering community impact. She is the Founder and Chief Leadership Officer of Transformation Through Conversations, a company focused on leadership development. Additionally, she hosts THE VALUES ROOM Podcast, which engages thought leaders in discussions about the importance of values in personal and professional growth.

Her entrepreneurial ventures include Leadership and Personal Growth Boxes, subscription and gifting services designed to develop leaders, and We All Have A Diamond Inside, a leadership jewelry line that inspires women to embrace their potential. Ana is also an Executive Program Leader with Maxwell Leadership and hosts the LIVE2LEAD Pompano Beach Leadership Conference.

Her accolades include being a 2023 Apogee Award Honoree in Leadership and a Women to KNOW in Florida by the KNOW Women organization. She actively contributes to her community as a Board Director for the HabCenter of Boca Raton, supporting neurodiverse individuals, and as a Community Partner for Project Magic School Bus, aiding children in Broward County’s Social Worker programs.

Previously, Ana served for over a decade on the South Florida Manufacturers Association (SFMA) Board of Directors, where she spearheaded initiatives on strategic growth, workforce development, and diversity in manufacturing.

Ana currently resides in Pompano Beach, FL, with her partner, Marcel DeLorm, and their pets. She lives by the guiding principle from Psalms 31:24: "Be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart." Her story is one of resilience, leadership, and a commitment to helping others unlock their full potential.
